About Senioren Haus Concordia Inc.
Our Story
Senioren Haus Concordia Inc. is a not-for-profit organization established in 1984, dedicated to providing affordable housing for low-income seniors. Our housing options include rent-geared-to-income units, subsidized housing, and low market rent units. We are committed to maintaining safe, comfortable, and well-kept living spaces for our tenants. With a total of 112 units between Senioren Haus (60 units) and Villa Concordia (52 units), we strive to create a welcoming community for seniors.
To qualify for our units, tenants must be 59 years of age or older.
